At AK Nutribites, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality homemade-style products. Since most of our items are perishable food products, we follow a simple and transparent Refund & Return Policy.
Returns

Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, unless:

You have received the wrong item, or

The product is expired at the time of delivery.

If your order qualifies for a refund (wrong, expired product), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (such as photos of the product and packaging).

After verification, we will either:

Issue a full refund, or

Provide a replacement product at no extra cost.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed/shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

Products opened, used, or partially consumed.
