Refund & Return Policy

At AK Nutribites, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality homemade-style products. Since most of our items are perishable food products, we follow a simple and transparent Refund & Return Policy.

Returns
  • Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, unless:

    • You have received the wrong item, or

    • The product is expired at the time of delivery.


Refunds
  • If your order qualifies for a refund (wrong, expired product), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (such as photos of the product and packaging).

  • After verification, we will either:

    • Issue a full refund, or

    • Provide a replacement product at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been processed/shipped, cancellations will not be possible.


Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
  • Products opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • Items returned without proper reason (e.g., taste preference).

  • Any product not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
